This role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead strategic growth initiatives, drive revenue, and expand market reach across insurance and healthcare divisions. You will own the development and execution of lead generation strategies, identify and activate B2B partnerships, and engage with senior executives to create mutually beneficial growth opportunities. Operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this position requires a combination of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will independently manage programs end-to-end, influence cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted partner to company leadership. This is a role for a seasoned, self-directed operator who thrives on measurable impact and long-term value creation.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and execution of B2B lead generation strategies, driving measurable pipeline and revenue
- Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships with companies sharing complementary audiences
- Negotiate and oversee partnership agreements to ensure alignment of incentives and clear performance metrics
- Represent the organization in executive-level engagements with CEOs, CMOs, CROs, founders, and VPs
- Develop and optimize marketing initiatives that convert partnerships into scalable growth opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics related to leads, partnerships, and ROI
- Operate independently, building programs from concept through execution while aligning with organizational objectives
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, or growth roles, preferably B2B
- Proven experience in insurance and/or healthcare industries with knowledge of market dynamics and regulatory considerations
- Demonstrated success generating leads and revenue through strategic marketing and partnership initiatives
- Executive-level credibility and confidence, capable of engaging with senior leadership internally and externally
- Strong business judgment with the ability to evaluate strategic fit, risk, and long-term value
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
- Experience structuring partnerships with companies that share target audiences
- Strategic, commercially-minded, and disciplined in execution, with a results-oriented mindset
- Competitive base salary ranging from $185,000 to $210,000, plus potential incentive compensation plans
