Vice President, Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Modivcare is looking for and experienced Vice President of Talent Acquisition to grow and transform our talent needs in all business units and corporate. In this role you will manage the TA organization and the services that it provides to help drive the business and its high rate of growth and evolvement. You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

- Develop and keep up-to-date a talent acquisition strategy that aligns to each department and functional strategy
- Partner with C-Suite executives on executive searches and targeted executive pipelining
- Provide leadership for evolving talent acquisition technology, recruiting approaches, hiring tools, and partnership with HR and departments
- Analyze our talent acquisition needs, developing a plan to build our talent acquisition function, including the determination of best model to use (what combination of in-source/outsource) for a comprehensive hiring and recruitment brand strategy
- Give feedback on the development and deployment of a compelling employment brand through multiple channels, including the strategic use of social media
- Develop and cultivate relationships with business leaders across a range of disciplines and geographies to source, identify and recruit top candidates for immediate and growth needs
- Manage a workforce planning process that projects the future skill and capability requirements for our company; bring market knowledge to bear on external talent trends
- Identify talent needs, gaps, and opportunities that can then be mapped and addressed through recruitment strategies
- Monitor and look to evolve Indicators to ensure the function's effectiveness
- Promote simplification and standardization projects that allow us to better source, attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates
- Grow talent, while also developing overall team capability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years professional experience
- 8+ years talent acquisition experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Experience leading an enterprise-wide talent acquisition team
- Experience implementing new talent programs
- Experience in contract/vendor management
- People management experience
- Experience managing recruitment for an hourly workforce or call center
- Can travel up to 15%

Salary: $146,250 - $250,000 annually
Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance
