About the Job:

As our Vice President of Talent Strategy, you will create a rigorous, data-driven, and engaging approach to hiring CEOs and founding teams across our diverse portfolio of operating companies (OpCos) and develop systems and tools to assess CEO performance thereafter. This is an opportunity to leverage expertise in talent assessment, performance management, and people analytics while building a critical pillar within our newly-formed department. You will report to and collaborate closely with our Vice President of Startup Talent & Enablement and work at our New York City headquarters, on a hybrid basis, or remotely.

What you will do:
  • Manage our talent assessment strategies for Operating Company CEOs and founding team members, including profile / archetype development and iteration, developing competency-based interview processes, and training internal stakeholders
  • Oversee our system for monitoring post-hire CEO performance during their onboarding period, including cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and issue escalation
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Startup Talent & Enablement on creating, implementing, and continuously improving Redesign Health’s performance oversight system for CEOs at all stages in their journey
  • Develop structured feedback loops for the Talent Strategy and CEO Talent teams on long-term performance trends – including where interview processes and feedback has been predictive or success, as well as opportunities for further refinement
What you will need:
  • You have 10+ years of relevant experience
  • You have 6+ years of people analytics experience, including how to research, design, and implement talent assessment and performance management programs
  • You have 4+ years of working at technology-enabled organizations that scaled during your tenure and are known for rigor with talent assessment and performance management
  • You have 4+ years experience in effectively managing and collaborating across cross-functional and senior stakeholders
  • You have the ability to create, operationalize, and analyze KPIs that engender continuous improvement

Full-time base salary range of $226,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
