You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in "Testing". You have found the right team

As a "Testing Lead" within our " UAT COE team" , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will support strategic and business transformation programs across CCB Operations globally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive transformation thru Test automation and move the COE from manual to automated Testing.
  • Drive efficiencies through Test automation & capacity optimization
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product & UAT to implement CiCD pipeline / TrueCD
  • Collaborate with UAT Product managers to understand requirement.
  • Build relationships with the Testing, Product & Technology
  • Identify Test automation opportunities through the lens of transformation/time save/capacity optimization

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • People centric leadership
  • Strong problem solving & Analytical thinking
  • Good knowledge on Selenium, as we use Cucumber framework for test automation
  • Expertise in BDD / TDD - Behaviour Driven Development/ Test Driven Development
  • Previous relevant experience of driving test automation / transformation
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and motivate teams
