Video and Motion Graphics Editor

What You’ll Do  

The Video and Motion Graphics Editor is responsible for video post-production across the entire ABG portfolio. You’ll be working on everything from long form corporate videos to brand campaigns to snackable content for social media and digital advertising. You’ll assist the team on concept development and shoot planning, while focusing on the post-production and distribution phase.

What you’ll be working on

Data Management 

• Organizing project elements into consistent systems on server, using After Effects and Adobe Premiere. These assets include RAW video, proxies, design files, photos, external videos, audio files, etc.

Asset Distribution 

• Maintaining consistent name structures across all projects and brands. Management distribution of approval and final assets to internal and external teams. This includes DropBox, server, and client review portals.

Project Concept 

• Working with Content team to develop new concepts for every type of content request. Concepts should continue to push the envelope creatively, while simultaneously be effective sales tools.

Video Editing 

• Editing video projects for entire ABG portfolio. Working with the Content team on assets, data org, time management, and delivery. Edit style should be developed with VP of Content and integrated into each project. 

Motion Graphics Animation 

• Animating content for entire ABG portfolio. Working with VP of Content and other internal teams to create pieces that fit the brief. 

Must Haves:  

• 5+ years of experience working in Video Editing and/or Motion Graphics Animation. 
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with an advanced knowledge in Premiere Pro and After Effects. 
• Knowledge and experience with Keynote and/or PowerPoint is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a motion graphics, video or related discipline 
• Must be flexible on working hours based on project deadlines, changes, etc.
