Video and Post Production Producer

We are looking for a well-experienced video and postproduction producer who is self-motivated, goal-orientated, and a strong team player. The ideal candidate will have extensive full-time project management experience in complex video productions, including shooting days,  postproduction, and animation. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the production process and challenges and who is willing to work with content creators and talented artists to create awesome and creative marketing videos.

  RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps. Ensure the team is on track with their deliverables.
• Communicate frequently and effectively with clients and managers on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure the impact of scope changes is understood and the ramifications are clearly communicated.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the production management processes to increase studio efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a constant awareness of project status. Evaluate project scope and make recommendations to the Creative Director, Art Director, and studio leadership.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Very strong skills in GameMaker.
• Capable of driving a feature by yourself, talking to everyone that’s needed to get the job done.
• Should be familiar with performance bottlenecks and ways to resolve them.
• Very strong debugging skills.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new technological changes as per project need.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a GameMaker developer.
• A passion for video games.

Desirable pluses:

• Involved in the development of at least one large game title from A-Z.
• Experience with mobile and WebGL games.
• Solid technical foundation (e.g. Computer Science / Maths Degree or equivalent).
