As part of the Binance Creative Team the Video Campaign Producer will oversee the production and delivery of top-notch video content. This dynamic role focuses on creating branded video content to support Binance’s sales customer growth and business goals. Reporting to the Video Lead and working closely with the brand and growth teams you will manage a team of motion designers and content creators to meet global video content needs.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead the production of video campaigns ensuring quality and timeliness.

• Manage video shoots including briefing casting budgeting and post-production.

• Ability and some experience with directing

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to enhance video output.

• Develop and execute a strategy to increase video production speed and volume.

• Increase video quantity by 30% and production speed by 30% within six months.

• Define and manage video production processes.

• Control the video production budget and calendar.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and optimized content delivery.

• Stay updated on crypto trends and competitor landscape.

• Continuously improve video production based on performance analytics.

• Motivate and develop the video production team.

• Manage freelance resources as needed.

Job Requirements

• Experienced producer with a minimum of 5 years in managing production teams.

• Strong network in photography video and content production.

• Skilled in budget management and meeting tight deadlines.

• Proven ability to develop and execute production strategies.

• Ability and experience with directing videos desired

• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
