This is a full-time in person position reporting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. As a Video Content Creator, will be responsible for the planning (pre-production/scripts and storyboards) to production and editing, of videos related to MyBambu products and services. This individual will collaborate closely with fellow team members, including creative specialists and marketing strategists, to formulate innovative concepts that yield impactful results. Subsequently, they will engage with the creative team, fostering both collaborative and independent efforts, to fulfill the diverse responsibilities essential for delivering the final video content for advertising purposes.The objective for this role is to create short form and engaging video ads tailored for diverse platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. Emphasis will be on capturing viewer attention within the initial seconds and driving successful conversions. Multiple ad formats will be necessary to accommodate various placements across different platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with account strategists, digital creatives, and fellow team members to produce video content that yields impactful results.
• Contribute to the formulation of creative strategies, engage in brainstorming sessions, and assist in storyboarding for video projects.
• Supervise the planning process and facilitate necessary communications to ensure smooth footage collection.
• Execute both on-site and off-site video shoots proficiently.
• Demonstrate proficiency in editing and animating social ads tailored for diverse social media platforms.
• Maintain and appropriately utilize video equipment, including microphones, cameras, lights, backdrops, and other necessary tools.
• Capable of bridging marketing strategies with creative strategies using video advertising.

Skill and Abilities:

• Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, animated content creation and incorporating graphics and text into video edits.
• Detail-oriented in producing a highly polished video.
• High proficiency in video production and equipment.
• Familiarity with producing content for social media channels and other digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others, both internally and externally.
• Ability to receive creative direction and handle criticism related to work.
• Capable of managing projects from start to finish, overseeing timelines and deadlines, and handling client communications related to video projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
• 2-5 years in in video production, including experience in editing, coloring, motion or a comparable role.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and other related industry-standard software.
• Well-organized, effective, and attentive to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
