About The Role
We're looking for a Video Editor to help us add some spicy sauce to our video content.
You'll be editing film projects for all types of media, from short format social media content to longer format brand advertising and product videos. You will work closely with our internal videographer, content producer and creative director, as well as collaborating with external production crews to turn raw footage into world class films for all of our media channels.
We need you to be creative, self-motivated, highly organized and have the ability to deliver multiple briefs on time. You should also be a natural storyteller who can creatively draw on new and existing footage to craft impactful content. From time-to-time we will also need you to flex your DOP muscles, so you must be as confident shooting footage as you are editing it.
Responsibilities:

• Editing to the highest standards in the required formats, repurposing for various platforms and delivering to agreed deadlines
• Work with the internal team to ensure all video content is on-brand
• Contribute with creative ideas for content, storytelling and formats
• Take briefs from our Austin and Edinburgh offices and turn them into high quality content, implementing feedback quickly
• Develop content using our ever growing library of footage
• Work with our Edinburgh-based editor to keep the video servers organized
  and easily accessible to the internal teams.

Essential Qualifications:

• You will have 3-5 years of editing experience, working either in-house or at an agency or production company, and be able to share examples of your work
• You will be a great story-teller through video
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of editing & motion graphics software - including Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Knowledge of the filming processes and camera specifications
• Understanding of lighting on studio and location shoots
• Have an eye for detail and proven ability to independently manage projects
• Experience editing food content is a huge plus
• A love of Pizza/Cooking/Food.
