PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Edit video projects from start to finish within DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Be organized and committed to continually maintaining established workflows
• Commit to the ongoing need for asset organization and management
• Work independently as well as partner with video production staff and leadership to deliver finished content on time
• Develop an understanding of the products we offer and how they work

• Demonstrate ability to overcome “artistic differences” on strategic explorations
• Utilize sound decision‐making while capturing, organizing and executing creative

            high‐quality videos for use on various platforms

Desired skills and qualifications

• Expert knowledge DaVinci Resolve is preferred, including the Color and Fairlight pages within the program.

• Proficiency within the Fusion page in Resolve or Adobe After Effects is a plus
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to digest and consider constructive feedback in service of the best work possible

• Ability to work productively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment under changing deadlines

• Remain industry-aware regarding new technology and trends impacting the content world

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in related field; or equivalent education and experience
• 4+ years of experience with video editing, or related experience
• Professional videography portfolio that demonstrates a working knowledge of digital video

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Self‐driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas, collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Proactive problem solving, both technically and creatively, with constant attention to details.

• Proficient with video editing and photo editing software (DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop).

• Advanced eye for style and visual composition.
• Excellent communication skills, an active listener,
• Able to convey complex issues succinctly and with the correct priority.
