ClearSource is looking for a Video Editor to help our channel stand out! If you’re a skilled editor who understands YouTube’s dynamic style, trends, and audience preferences and want to join a company with a fantastic work culture, then this opportunity is for you! 

What you will do as a Video Editor 

• Edit engaging videos for YouTube. 

• Optimize videos for retention and SEO (e.g., adding captions, thumbnails, and metadata). 

• Research and incorporate trending styles and content formats. 

• Collaborate with content creators to deliver high-quality videos on time. 

• Review and fully understand project briefs to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals. 

What ClearSource Needs from You 

• At least 1-3 years of experience in editing YouTube videos. 

• Basic knowledge of YouTube algorithms and best practices. 

• 2 or more years of hands-on experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and production. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing YouTube video projects. 

• A passion for video editing and a thirst for finding ways to improve creatively and proficiency 

• Can adapt to a fast-paced working environment
