Job Description
LOCATION:
The Video Editor position is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Candidates who live in the following States will be considered: Â CT, IL, MA, NH, NJ, PA, RI, VA, FL, GA, MN, OR, TX, AZ, ME, NC, OH, SC, TN. Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.
THE ROLE:
Acceleration Partners seeks a Video Editor to edit high volume of influencer videos for social media ads. The ideal candidate will bring 1+ years of video-editing experience and should have a strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus points for motion graphics and After Effects work!). The role is full-time with several opportunities for growth into more senior creative positions. This person will be responsible for delivering edited videos to our media buyers to run via Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with banners, closed captions, and branded logos.
TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquiring, stitching & sizing raw videos
- Adding captions to allow for videos to be viewed when sound is off.
- Branding - Create branded banners, static product image content, and branded text titles for all videos. Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Illustrator is a bonus here.
- Content Organization and Management - Edit, upload, and manage content by brand and influencer within our hosting platform
- Content Variation- Assist the creative strategist and team in producing additional variations of top performing creative assets
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
BY 6 MONTHS… you are able to execute the day-to-day operations of all creative needs — managing a consistent flow of influencer videos, working alongside our team to follow brand guidelines, and deliver beautifully edited content that is ready to have budget spent behind it on social.
BY 1 YEAR… you are integrated with our influencer operations to constantly improve each videos performance within our media buying accounts. This includes the development of creative briefs, working alongside talent to develop new creative ideas, all while maintaining high quality edits to be used for advertisements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- 1+ years of video editing experience
- Advanced expertise and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere Pro and design tools such as Illustrator and Figma)
- Experience with After Effects or motion graphics a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Ability to travel when needed to conferences and team meetings
