Video Editor

This in-house position involves a blend of videography, photography, and event management, with the primary focus on executing CureMD’s marketing and branding strategies. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the company's branding goals and translating those into impactful visual content—whether through video or photography—that engages audiences across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for the coverage of internal and special events.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team, CEO, and Director of HR to develop innovative concepts that align with CureMD’s brand strategy and resonate with target audiences.

• Develop unique themes, storytelling approaches, and event experiences that enhance the company’s visibility and branding.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, marketers, technical experts, and vendors to ensure cohesive project execution.

• Understand each project’s objectives, vision, and intended audience.

• Develop a visual storyboard outlining the flow of the video, including scene transitions, key moments, and stylistic choices, and present it to the CEO and Director of HR for feedback.

• Create engaging, high-quality video content aligned with CureMD’s branding for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.

• Enhance audio quality by refining sound levels, adding background music, or sound effects to ensure a professional and balanced final product.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in video production or related areas.

• Proficiency in camera operation, video editing, and color grading.

• Strong storytelling skills to effectively convey brand messages across different media formats.

• Familiarity with design principles and experience in creating visual assets for multiple platforms.

• Expertise in video editing and graphic design software, including Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), for creating high-quality visuals for various media channels.
