This role is designed for a highly skilled video creator who can transform scripts and raw assets into high-performing, visually engaging digital content across multiple formats. You will work at the intersection of video editing, motion design, and AI-generated avatar content to produce scroll-stopping creatives for social media, ads, and product explainers. The position involves crafting both short-form and long-form videos optimized for engagement, retention, and conversion. You will integrate AI avatar tools, motion graphics, UI elements, captions, and sound design into cohesive storytelling outputs. Working in a fast-paced digital environment, you will help shape marketing content that reaches a global audience of creators and entrepreneurs. This is a creative and technical role where speed, precision, and storytelling directly impact performance outcomes.

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms such as Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Produce AI avatar-based videos for product explainers, ads, and marketing campaigns using modern AI video tools.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Integrate voiceovers, subtitles, captions, and sound design elements including music and SFX for polished final outputs.
• Combine screen recordings, UI elements, and b-roll footage into cohesive, high-retention video content.
• Design thumbnails and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and performance marketing standards.
• Maintain organized project files, versioning, and export workflows for efficient collaboration and delivery.
• Work with templates and repeatable formats while continuously optimizing creative performance.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in video editing with a focus on pacing, retention, and performance-driven content.
• Proficiency in motion design, including text animation, basic compositing, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with AI avatar tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, or similar platforms.
• Experience generating voiceovers using tools such as ElevenLabs or equivalent AI voice technologies.
• Ability to integrate UI screen recordings and product visuals into engaging video formats.
• Strong understanding of captioning, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital content.
• Skilled in thumbnail design and creating click-worthy visual assets.
• Strong organizational skills for file management, naming conventions, and delivery workflows.
• Familiarity with performance marketing principles and social media creative formats is a plus.
• Basic scripting awareness to improve video flow and identify strong narrative structure.
