Video Editor with Motion Graphics

We're Looking For A: Video Editor who will be responsible for pitching, writing, and editing videos for advertising and marketing campaigns. The right candidate will have a good sense of aesthetic choice and be excited to brainstorm and create new video storytelling techniques. They will also be a team player with excellent communication skills, quick to respond to requests and assignments, receive feedback, and a self-starter who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Passion for lifestyle, health, skincare, pets, and the people and places in the industry that make it all happen is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop, pitch, write and produce video ads and video sales letters for a variety of digital platforms.
• Create original videos for an array of audiences and digital platforms using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Help manage the publishing process to ensure content is optimized across multiple platforms.
• Regularly assess video performance using Facebook analytics tools, using data to make informed decisions about format, approach, and promotion of content.
• Collaborate with the team to continually optimize workflow and maintain/strengthen brand identity.
• Remain immersed in digital marketing industry trends to help ensure our brands stay ahead of the curve
• Identify and produce packages of video content to support Network objectives as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• Has a good sense of composition and aesthetic decision
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere with After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience
• Advanced knowledge of media encoding and publishing
• Incredible organization and media management skills
• Is excited to work with a cross-functional team to meet goals that help the continued growth of our business
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Has a desire to solve problems, openness to giving and receiving feedback and a hunger to always be improving
• Is able to establish priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• 2-4 years In Video Editing
• Digital Strategy and Audience Development experience, a major plus
• Story-producing and development, a plus

$61,500 - $82,000, annual & monthly KPI bonus potential, depending upon experience
