Pierre Fabre Laboratories are looking for a VIE Digital Marketing Specialist for the Australian subsidiary located in North Sydney for a one-year period renewable for one year.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, conversion, and growth. Work within a collaborative team to develop and execute data-driven strategies that maximise our ROI and deliver effective paid media campaigns.Your missions will be to:

  • Implement paid search and social campaigns using best-practice local strategy within global guidelines.

  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.

  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

  • Review competitor strategies, strengths and opportunities and keep pace with search and social industry trends and developments.

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager to effectively build, execute and measure innovative digital marketing plans that support the business growth strategy.

  • Lead and optimise CRM strategy and email marketing campaigns.

  • Work with commercial team on the execution of the e-retailer marketing activities.

  • Website management, making SEO adjustments and recommendations to enhance our overall presence in search.

  • Use analytics tools, sales data and other methods (eg Brand Lift Studies) to track, measure, report and interpret the performance of marketing campaigns.

  • Make confident data-driven recommendations and offer actionable insights for future campaigns.

  • Keep up to date with CPA Global Guidelines and updates. Disseminate to local team and make recommendations for local market.

Who you are ?

Education:

  • Degree in Digital advertising/marketing

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, managing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns specifically Paid Search and Paid Social
  • 1+ years of strong working knowledge & qualifications in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Business Manager

Personal Skills:

  • Agency and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong data analytical skills, a high degree of proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to pivot quickly within a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Performance -driven with exceptional attention to detail
  • Adaptability to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Strong collaborative and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
  • Exceptional level of written and verbal communication skills
