Job Description:

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE for a Sales Assistant has arisen within Airbus KSA. You will join Airbus Helicopters Arabia.

Your challenges:

Your main tasks will include:

• Support the Sales strategies of the Arabia Region

• Support S&S (Support & Services)

• Support the Project Coordination in the department

Your boarding pass: 

You have the following skills and experience:

• Master degree level (or equivalent)

• Excel / Powerpoint / Word as a basics

• Power BI and / or Google Suite as a nice to have

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

• Communication Skill

• Influencing and negotiation skills

• Digital / analytical Skill

• Project Management Skill

● Language Skills: advanced level of English and desirable Arabic

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
