Job Description:

The VIE position within the Talent team will have areas of responsibilities across the Talent Center of Expertise.

Driving all data related reporting is key within this role, specifically on the topics of resource planning, workforce development, talent management, as well as working on projects related to Culture Evolution, Inclusion & Diversity, Employee Recognition and others as they arise. This role will support both the US and Canadian teams.

Data analysis:

Using data related topics within the Talent environment;

• Clean and prepare data
• Analyze and explore the data
• Validate the data and create compelling visualizations, dashboards and reports
• Communication and problem solving will be key elements to the success of this activity

Project support

Provide Project Management support for a variety of activities within the Talent team's scope, including;

• Leadership Development
• Talent Management
• Career Development
• Organization Development & training
• Change Management
• Workforce Development
• DEI

Airbus Canada Talent:

Assist with coordination of activities between Airbus Canada and the North America regional Talent team to ensure full utilization of existing practices and procedures to enable a superior level of quality to our North America customers.
