Job Description

thatgamecompany is looking for an experienced marketing manager to support the team’s marketing efforts in Vietnam. The key responsibilities would be building our Vietnam player community and facilitating collaboration with our local partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage local marketing campaigns and social content
• Serve as a key liaison between TGC and our Vietnam publishing partners
• Establish and maintain relationships with local content creators and influencers
• Use quantitative approaches to evaluate marketing campaigns’ effectiveness and improve key performance indicators
• Support local events hosted by TGC
• Be the voice of the Vietnam community; monitor and provide community feedback

Must Haves

• 3+ years of experience working in marketing and/or live community management
• Must be native in Vietnamese and is bilingual in English (preferred) or Chinese
• Experience in Southeast Asia/Vietnam gaming industry
• A deep understanding of thatgamecompany’s core values and vision
• Awesome at communications and relationship management

Nice To Have

• Huge plus if you are a Sky Player and are already familiar with the game’s community

• 参与游戏社区的从0到1搭建工作，研究策略和方法，促进社区对产品的有利影响及数据转化
• 与TGC在越南当地的发行合作伙伴进行日常对接
• 建立和维护与当地容创作和KOL的系，对当地平台的官号和社区KOC、KOL总体增量、热度和影响力负责
• 协助举办TGC主办的本地活动
• 监控并提供社区反馈

备条件

• 拥有3年以上市场营销和/或社区管理工作经验
• 越南语为母语，能用英语（优）或中文双语沟通
• 有东南亚/越南游戏行业经验
• 深刻理解thatgamecompany的核心价值观和愿景
• 出色的沟通和系管理能力
