Job Description

The Vineyard Operations Coordinator role offers direct involvement in ensuring the smooth flow of our temporary foreign worker program which is critical to the operation of our estate owned vineyards. You will work closely with managers across Sebastian Farms to provide dedicated support for our Temporary Foreign Workers for housing, medical or employee relation needs.

Accountabilities & Impact:

  • Administrative tasks related to employee time management, training records, health and safety, medical appointments and pay records for temporary foreign workers
  • Ensure all TFW housing is clean and well-kept, and any maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and guidelines, including safety training
  • Help maintain inventory levels for vineyard operations
  • Work alongside the vineyard laborers on typical vineyard tasks as required.

Skills & Experiences Needed:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
