VIP Experience Manager

The VIP Experience Manager is responsible for preparation and onsite execution of Feld Entertainment VIP Experiences during Feld Entertainment’s live events. This position will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, as well as internal/external resources to explore, develop and create new VIP Experience opportunities across all Motorsports including Supercross, SuperMotocross and Monster Jam.

Essential Job Functions

• Travel to live events to manage and oversee VIP team as well as overall operations.
• Work closely with internal/external operations teams and venues to facilitate VIP needs.
• Develop, adjust and communicate VIP procedures to internal and external teams.
• Manage team travel and expenses based on departmental budget.
• Supervise guest relations on and off-site.
• Work with operations team to create new experiences and prepare for upcoming seasons.
• Help to prepare the webstore with the addition of new experiences.
• Hire and train VIP Experience Coordinators and other team members.
• Create schedules.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Two to three years experience in a comparable position.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ability to travel often (~50% of the time) – this position will require weekly travel during specific seasons.
• Ability to adjust and make prompt decisions.
• Customer-oriented.

Given the touring nature of Feld Entertainment’s business, COVID vaccination is strongly encouraged for successful candidates.
