VIP Supervisor - Detroit

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a VIP Supervisor you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by assisting in the management of our VIP service team. By understanding our guest’s unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

• Supervise the VIP services team to include efficient staffing, team member development and training, performance management and policy enforcement
• Assist in analyzes our guests play and establishing comp profiles for their reservations
• Provide guests with information on all casino events and promotions pertaining to MGM Grand Detroit
• Manage the privacy of our VIP guests and limit requests for information about such guests
• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Engages with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you assist with their needs

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
• Is a team player
• Is welcoming and engaging
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
• Displays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
