- Answering phones
- Corresponding with banks and other income sources
- Corresponding to inquiries from court examiners/attorneys
- Assisting facilities with Medicaid recertification
- Work in excel to update spreadsheets
- Keep track of lists and tasks to keep updated
- Coordinating with staff to ensure site visits are completed for each client in a timely manner, with tracking updated to correspond to visits
- Conduct intake assessments of new cases
- Keep files organized - move documents to correct folders, label files
- Overall case management
