This position is based in Houston. 

Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

As part of BILL's Customer Operations team, this position is responsible for processing virtual credit card payments over phone and via POS systems, identifying payment information that needs to be updated, and collecting vendor preferences related to card acceptance. We are looking for talented, high performing team players to join our growing Virtual Card Operations team.

The ideal candidate brings payment processing knowledge and experience, and has a good balance of both customer centric and business centric mindsets. 

  • Speak with vendors to deliver and process payment information 
  • Process virtual credit card payments via outbound calls and web portals
  • Enter payment details into spreadsheets and Quickbase
  • Effectively using various software applications to collect required information on virtual credit card payments to assure accurate payment delivery
  • Troubleshoot payment issues by utilizing all resources available

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 1+ years of experience with virtual card payment processing 
  • Demonstrated experience using multi-channel telephony technologies, such as chat, web-portal and phone
  • Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication skills
  • Sales or customer support experience at a tech company preferred
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of credit card processing or POS systems preferred
  • Experience with G-Suite platform is preferred
