You will work alongside your cross-functional team members to influence decisions and ultimately deliver the best possible marketing website experience for the Consumers, SMBs, and Enterprise customers around the world. You will report to the Globalization Lead UX Designer and be a member of our diverse Global Design Organization where we use our design and research skills to inspire and influence across the company. In your role as a visual designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative, and functional mobile and Web products. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated. One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design, and the customers and serving the brand’s purpose, business missions, and customer needs. As a UX Visual Designer, your responsibilities will include areas of design such as photography, product UI assets, page & component layouts, and Figma file management. You will use your knowledge, expertise, and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate, be inspired, and sign up for products. Qualifications: • +2 years of professional experience in designing web, desktop, and mobile visual design experiences. • Demonstrate a high level of visual design craft • Expert-level skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field. • Motion design skills in Figma prototyping, and Adobe After Effects or Principle
