Visual Inspector/Debur Technician

JOB TITLE: Visual Inspection/ Deburr Technician DEPARTMENT: Assembly/Quality REPORTS TO: Quality Manager SHIFT: 1ST Shift HOURLY RATE: $18.00 - $25.00 SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: • Visually inspect and deburr CNC machined parts under 10-30X magnification at first article, in-process, and final inspection. • Inspect, deburr and evaluate parts for conformance to customer drawings and company visual standard requirements. • Perform other basic duties as assigned. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deburr and rework parts to drawing requirements, inspection sheets, and provided specifications. • Perform deburring using a variety of tools including hand tools, scotch-brite, custom tools, etc. • Perform deburring and inspection under magnification (microscope). • Completes all forms, paperwork, and instructions having to do with deburring and production procedures. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years in a Visual Inspection and Deburr Technician role in a CNC machining environment • Experience deburring metal parts including copper alloys, brass, 300 series stainless steel, Aluminum, Inconel, Titanium • Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, job travelers, and associated specifications • GD&T Training is a plus • Good hand and eye coordination • Verbal, written, and listening communication skills • Detail oriented; problem solver; active contributor • Flexible in work assignments, able to multi-task, able to meet deadlines • Team player Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Experience: • visual inspection: 3 years (Required) • deburring: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Gilbert, AZ 85233 (Required) Work Location: In person
