Visual Support Manager Scotland

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of visual standard, and to make sure a consistent level of visual competence is evident across all designated stores
• To have strong communication to all Visual Head Office personnel, Senior Visual Managers, Area / Regional Sales Managers, and Town Merchandisers, to ensure all guidelines are being followed correctly and all weaknesses are identified and supported to be rectified
• To support training and development of the VM and Retail teams with regards to technical and commercial VM
• Use data, reporting tools and business intelligence to provide commercially sound decision making

Skills/Experience/Knowledge preferred:

• Visual Merchandising Experience
• Retail Management Skills would be advantageous
• Exellent Leadership Skills
• Strong commercial awareness
