Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have

Our client is a gaming company established to reform the national gaming system. Operating under the principle of exclusivity, its mission is to provide games responsibly, mitigate gambling-related risks, and ensure player protection while preventing fraud.

The company offers a wide range of games divided into three main categories: Lucky Games, Casino Games, and Betting Games. It emphasizes operating responsibly and contributing to a safe and secure gaming environment.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Node.js, Express, TypeScript, and React.
• Assist in coordination and prioritization to ensure the team is working on the highest-value goals.
• Mentor, motivate, and highlight performance issues, development, and standards of our engineers.
• Support team ceremonies. Build strong working relationships with peers, and keep a sustainable pace of delivery.
• Hands-on coding: Develop and maintain a high-quality code base, consistently delivering challenging, stable, and maintainable projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

• 5+ years of progressive experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in Node.js and React;
• Prior experience in a leadership role within a development team, with responsibility for guiding and directing the work of other developers.
• Ownership of applications end-to-end, from specification to coding to deploying, running, and monitoring in production.
• Ability to align technical decisions with broader business goals and objectives.
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly, considering technical constraints, project requirements, and business priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the organization.

• Experience with AWS services.
