Failure Analysis Support Engineering

First level of urgent First Article support with Factory.CM; In NPI phase, perform 2nd level debugging based on CM's 1st level FA result, file bugs and generate daily reports as well as uploading video clips and setting up remote platforms for FA assistance.

Provide inputs for issue prevention and process improvement as part of key learning.

RMA support

Work with CM to ensure data integrity and NPI mfg readiness at CM

Support model

Take direction from Lead in Taiwan/China

Provide Customer team in USA with feedback on automation equipment/software, process, and workflow

Create and support documentation/database of failure analysis work
