Voice Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Support the enterprise voice environment by responding to support incidents and service request
- Drive efficiencies across infrastructure teams by automating and optimizing various processes and activities
- Maintaining the Tangoe Cellular Billing and Ordering System
- Provide after-hours and on-call support when needs arise
- Remain current on new products, services, protocols, and standards in support of telecom systems development and equipment procurement
- Prepare, maintain, and uphold procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring telecommunication performance
- Accurately document instances of telecommunications hardware and software failure, repair, installation, and removal
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to telecommunications configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED
- 1+ year of experience working with phone systems including call management systems, and telecommunications management systems (ex. Avaya, Calabrio, MS Teams Voice)
- Working technical knowledge of current telecommunications practices, protocols, and principles in a call center environment
- Competence with testing tools and procedures for voice and data circuits
- Basic knowledge of Cellular Phones
- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with voice cloud technologies
- Telecom billing
