Job Title: Voice Engineer - Telco Architect

Location: Hybrid (Mondays on-site in Dallas, TX) 2200 Ross Ave, Suite 3700, Dallas, TX 75201

Duration: 3-6-month contract to hire

The Voice Engineer shall have the following knowledge and be responsible for the following tasks:

• 7+ years of experience as a Voice Engineer
• Will deploy, troubleshoot, monitor and optimize IP Telephony, voice, video and mobility solutions
• Will assist in the design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communication products
• Ability to manage dual environments
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 14
• Conduct vulnerability patching
• Will be responsible for upgrading systems including day-to-day upgrades
• Integrating MS Teams and Cisco
• Designs, administers, and analyzes IP telephony systems corporate dial plans and traffic routes for voice network structure, in order to optimize the organization's effectiveness and to provide quality telecommunication service.
• Administers and monitors IP telephony systems for performance.
• Reviews requests from various departments determining the best-suited infrastructure. Schedules installations and relocations of telephone services.
• Supporting more junior team members
• Ability to work independently
• Perform other duties relevant to project as assigned
