About the Role

Our Voice Ops Team is responsible for reducing ‘time to perfect voice’ for our users by growing the number of outstanding voices on our platform and running a well-oiled back office for voice licensing acquisition and labeling. We are a small high-ownership team that interacts daily with product engineering revenue and others across the organization.

These are some of the open-ended high-impact challenges you’d be working on:

• Growth experiments to attract new voices to the Voice Library that address the needs of our users and customers

• Voice licensing deals across languages and geographies including for some of the world’s most exciting companies

• Scaling a QC and data labeling operation that helps us identify outstanding voices for every use case

What you bring

We don’t require any formal experience certifications or degrees. Instead we’re looking for someone with:

• Creativity and hunger to solve open-ended problems and iterate quickly on your approach to them

• Strong communication skills – you should be comfortable speaking to customers negotiating licensing deals and fielding questions from talent

• Bonus points for:

  • Some voice acting licensing or other media and entertainment experience

  • Experience using analytics or experimentation tools
