We are currently seeking a VP to join our team in Washington, DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

NTT Data is seeking a Vice President of Delivery, reporting to the Public Sector COO, responsible for delivery of a portfolio of Digital Workplace Services (DWS) contracts. The selected candidate will supervise multiple Delivery leaders across the United States with a portfolio value exceeding $100M in annual revenue. Performance will be measured on the successful management of the scope of work, gross margin across the portfolio, as well as client satisfaction and adherence to contractual requirements, such as achieving all expected Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

The PS DWS VP reports to the PS COO and supports the overall PS executive leadership team by managing Delivery leadership for the DWS portfolio of accounts. The PS DWS VP achieves the delivery results through the Delivery leaders assigned to the DWS accounts, who are accountable for managing the P&L as related to the closed backlog of assigned accounts, and delivering services that maximize the value of our delivery model, achieving revenue, gross margin, contribution margin and other financial metrics for the account(s) in the most optimized manner.

The PS DWS VP will also support the sale of new DWS accounts by providing input into the delivery model, supporting the sales cycle as needed and supplying delivery resources for the bid.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.
  • Must be based in the DC Metro Area or commutable to Tyson's Corner.
  • 15+ years of delivery management experience.
  • 8+ years in client-facing leadership position delivering services to DWS clients.
  • 5+ years of overseeing delivery of a portfolio of accounts of $100M+.
  • Must have 5+ years experience and deep knowledge and understanding of DWS domain and technical experience in the following areas: Enterprise Service Desk, Field Services/Deskside Support, Desktop Engineering and Endpoint Management and end user automation technologies.
  • Ability to lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Experience in evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Experience in managing partner and vendor relationships.
  • Experience creating a "Client First" culture with the team.
  • Experience managing a senior leadership team to include the recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performance team.
  • Ability to take accountability of any situation faced as a leader.
  • Possess leadership qualities that inspire others to follow.
  • Experience managing employee performance, including the identification, communication and coaching of employees relative to performance expectations.
  • Experience managing both Federal and State government contracts.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites on a regular basis.
  • Experience creating and managing the creation of infrastructure outsourcing solutions and cost models.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve contractual requirement including, but not limited to, SLA and OLAs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction across the portfolio of Federal and State contracts.
  • Actively pursue the recruitment of a diverse team and create an inclusive environment among the team.
  • Work with senior leader team members to continually identify areas of strength and opportunity among leaders and implement individual development plans for each direct report.
  • Participate and lead discussions on how to grow the portfolio with other customers across the country.
  • Gain efficiencies across the portfolio by driving out cost, implementing automation/technology and best practices from across the industry.
  • Develop and implement a professional self-growth plan.
  • Travel to client site(s) to meet with client and team members.
  • Be accountable for all situations involved in the management of the portfolio.
  • Identify and develop qualified successors for the position.
  • Foster a partnering relationship with NTTD Vertical Executives and Client Executives to meet both NTTD and Client Objectives.
  • Supports new business pursuits related to the scope of the respective delivery portfolio.
