VidMob is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and experienced VP of Agency Partnerships. In this role you will own and lead the strategic definition and go-to-market efforts within VidMob's existing agency partners, as well as attract and support activation of new partners, often centered around a focus enterprise client. You will own the building of complex integration paths that ultimately enable self-serve usage of VidMob by agency teams in support of improving client media effectiveness. You are an expert in agency dynamics and the intricacies of software and services being sold to, and through. You have strong product instincts and experience working with cross-functional teams to manage and grow an ecosystem of partners.

Annual salary range for this role performed in New York is $200,000-265,000.
Total compensation will also include equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401k)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive agency partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, with a specific focus on bridging the gap between media and creative teams.
- Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with agency partners across the industry; represent VidMob at industry events and conferences to build awareness and attract new partners.
- Help agencies develop more integrated solutions that bring together media and creative services, with the aim of improving overall effectiveness and ROI for clients.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the agency partners to ensure their success in integrating and promoting VidMob solutions to their clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with agency partners.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that our partnership programs are aligned with our product development roadmap, and that the needs of our agency partners are being met.
- Analyze and report on the performance of our agency partners, and use insights to continually optimize our partnership program.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in partnership development, channel management, or business development within the advertising industry
- A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in bridging the gap between media and creative teams
- Proven track record of building successful agency partnerships that drive revenue growth; demonstrated ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with C-suite executives at partner agencies to close deals
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
