About the Role
The Vice President, Americas Growth Marketing is a highly collaborative, business-savvy professional who has solid experience in working with revenue focused go-to-market teams across the Americas to execute marketing programs that drive measurable business impact. The leader is responsible for both developing strategy and managing execution of programs, ensuring we exceed our revenue, pipeline and growth goals and associated metrics.Â
The Americas growth marketing function partners closely with the rest of the global marketing team to ensure an optimal mix of tactics and channels to quickly move a prospect through the purchase, expansion and renewal process. You will be an accomplished leader with a solid track record in delivering against aggressive goals with a data driven approach to growth.
What you will do
- Define and execute pipeline generation and acceleration, account and customer marketing programs to meet ARR, retention and growth goals.
- Ensure that the Americas marketing strategy has a direct, channel, and partner to and through motion, and that resources are effectively aligned.Â
- Define and launch channel marketing programs to attract, and grow partner sourced revenue.Â
- Proactively engage and align target accounts with commercial, enterprise, channel sales and business development teams to communicate, coordinate and optimize the impact of end to end marketing activities.Â
- Coordinate regional events in concert with Demand Gen and Product Marketing including local execution of agreed events inc. virtual events, customer advisory boards, executive briefings, industry trade shows.
- Partner with Customer Marketing and Success teams to define and manage customer advocacy programs, including 1:1 references, case study development, win wires, customer reviews and ratings and associated success metrics, process development and business impact.
- A key member of the global Marketing Leadership Team, (MLT) the Americas Growth Marketing leader, partners with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand and Corporate Communications, Partner and Alliance Marketing to ensure relevant and timely delivery of programs that represents the needs of regions, sales teams, and channels; optimizes programs accordingly, and serves as a “voice of the region” into planning.Â
- Manage team of marketing managers with responsibility for driving performance, development of the team, along with their deep relationships with their stakeholders.
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs, provide regular reporting with finance / Revenue Operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years in progressive leadership roles in marketing, including team building and leadership
- B2B enterprise technology, SaaS, late stage growth experience preferred.Â
- Deep understanding of the Smartech stack and digital tools such as Outreach, Marketo, SalesForce.com, Impartner required
- Global channel and direct field marketing experience required
Additional Qualifications:
- Cybersecurity/Saas experience strongly preferred
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines.
- Experience with Agile Marketing a plus
- Superb communications skills, including writing, verbal and editing
