Job Overview:

Are you a driven and seasoned professional with a track record of driving revenue growth through business partners? If so, CureMD is looking for a VP Channel Partnerships to lead the development and execution of our channel program for our Revenue Cycle Management, Oncology and Patient Engagement solutions.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

In this strategically critical role, you'll be at the forefront of promoting innovation, leading the charge to develop and execute our channel program. Working alongside an incredible team of sales, marketing, and product development experts, you'll be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-notch partners, developing cutting-edge training and enablement programs, and driving explosive revenue growth and market share through our partner network.

Spearhead the development and execution of a cutting-edge channel program for our healthcare IT solutions, driving explosive revenue growth and market share through our top-notch partners.

Collaborate closely with our dynamic sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure our channel strategies are perfectly aligned with our business objectives.

Forge and nurture rock-solid relationships with key partners, including VARs, SIs, and other channel partners, while providing them with top-notch training and support.

Implement game-changing metrics to track and report on the effectiveness of our channel program, monitoring partner performance, revenue growth, and market share with ease.

Create and execute powerful channel marketing programs that support partner recruitment and enablement, empowering our partners to take their businesses to new heights.

Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices in channel management, to drive new and innovative models to gain advantage over competitors.

Lead and inspire a top-performing team of channel managers and support staff, ensuring the success of our game-changing channel program.

Required Qualification:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare IT, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in exponentially developing Health IT product and services market via channel partnership programs; designing solution packages to propel partner growth; identifying, recruiting, and empowering progressive partners to achieve extraordinary results.

A deep understanding of how to create and execute powerful channel programs that drive success, including partner recruitment, training, and enablement, and business development support.

Stellar problem solving, communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to identify areas where CureMD and partner organizations generate new revenue streams.

Exceptional analytical, leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a top-performing team.

Love to travel to meet and grow by designing and delivering creative solutions for partner business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Base salary of $250,000-$320,000
