Target Range:
$160,000.00/Yr. - $170,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 100%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target:
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
Lead sales efforts targeting wealth management, hybrid broker dealer RIA clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to build and maintain customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities, analyzes market trends, and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of visibility in the assigned territory; promoting the awareness of Axos
- Develop and execute sales strategies prescribed by senior management to achieve revenue targets
- Manages regional sales territory to achieve specific performance goals.
- Target Optimal Client - Hybrid BD/ RIA with focus on wealth management
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyzes market trends and adjusts sales plan accordingly
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- KPIs will include sales tracking via Salesforce, pipeline growth objectives, and revenue growth targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Active Series 7 license
- 7+ years' business development/sales
- RIA, broker-dealer, clearing experience
