BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for Vice President Commercial - iGaming. The Vice President - Commercial, iGaming will develop and drive our online casino commercial product marketing strategy including identifying and proposing and launching new strategic growth opportunities for iCasino. They will be key member of the iGaming management team. The successful candidate will control key areas of the business such as new product strategy & product marketing, new state launches, brand expansions, & new verticals. They must have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and competitive landscape, build close and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, and be fully focused on iGaming opportunities and growth.
What You Will Do:
  • Business Development: Constantly looking for and identifying new opportunities to deliver business & revenue growth. These could include new game formats, strategic partnerships, market acquisitions and new verticals.
  • Product Strategy: Define a clear commercial product strategy for Live products, new Game Providers & Internal Game studio partners to deliver iCasino growth targets and exclusive content variants.
  • Marketing & Data: As a marketing & Data driven business, you will work collaboratively with the Company's central marketing & analytics teams to achieve market share targets and revenue growth with particular focus on cost-effective customer acquisition via iCasino product marketing strategies across North America.
  • KPI tracking, forecasting & Budget: Responsible for developing detailed plans for all key KPI's for new initiatives & strategic partnerships with detailed revenue plans. Monitor the achievement of KPI's and business growth vs the overall revenue forecast and be able to quickly pivot on strategies and tactics based on changing market environments. Responsibility for all commercial aspects of new initiatives.
  • Gaming/Product: You completely understand the gaming environment in North America and have a strong background in online casino management. You'll be responsible to drive forward new product development initiatives from a commercial perspective and determine the best product strategy to deliver the company's goals.
  • Responsible for all new iCasino brand & vertical launches.
  • You will work closely across divisions with product, analytics, content, and marketing to align efforts & champion initiatives.

What You Will Need:
  • Has a proven track record of delivering growth in a senior commercial role at a Global level (Europe, America's or Asia) in Online Gaming.
  • A track record of creating and delivering strong strategic sales & partnership presentations.
  • Has a thorough understanding of growing existing and new markets through innovative marketing & product strategy.
  • Is a capable leader of people, able to build and develop best in class teams.
  • Has experience in developing and executing successful go to market commercial strategies.
  • Has the ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrates strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Possesses outstanding influencing and relationship skills.
  • Has at least 10+ year experience in an online gaming environment.
  • Educated to degree level.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Regular attendance in the office
