  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute engaging content that highlights Lookout's unique value proposition and key differentiators.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing communications team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their effectiveness and professional growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for thought leadership, market differentiation, and strategic messaging.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for Lookout, representing the company's interests to the media, industry events, and other external stakeholders.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on the business-to-business security industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated communications strategies that drive market presence and brand awareness.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex security concepts and translate them into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and persuasive message to diverse audiences.
  • Extensive experience working with media outlets, industry analysts, and social media platforms.
