About the jobReporting to the SVP NB US the key focus of this role is to be responsible for the development and execution of GWI’s Corporate New Business strategy. You will directly manage and coach a team of Account Executives, who are responsible for identifying, sourcing, nurturing and closing new business opportunities. You will also have a dotted line to a team of SDR's who are managed by the SDR manager, but their efforts and performance directly impact the success of your team. You will be responsible for developing a GTM strategy to ensure a scalable new logo acquisition model with a focus on recurring revenue, while leveraging our custom offerings to enhance our value proposition.
What you’ll be doing- Driving new business teams for Corporate sales across the US
- Develop a strategy and GTM plan to maximize the acquisition of Corporate logos
- Own the process of identifying, sourcing, nurturing and closing new Corporate logos
- Hire, onboard and develop the careers of NB account executives in New York and across the U.S., supported by SDRs
- Work closely with Marketing and Research teams to develop a strategy for attracting NB logos
- Build a scalable and repeatable sales process leveraging all tools available

- Proven track record for delivering results and acquiring large, global accounts both directly and through teams
- Market research industry experience a plus, but not required
- Successful background of selling and leading teams that sell subscription (ARR) products
- Understanding of how to scale and lead high performing SaaS sales teams
- Detailed understanding of the sales cycle & adept at leveraging data to optimize decision making
- Experience working with sales enablement to build in depth training programs for new starters through to sales managers
- Process driven management style with a rich appreciation for data, in particular around forecasting and pipeline generation. Track record of leveraging tools like Salesloft/Outreach, Salesforce, Kluster/Gong etc are essential
- High level of dynamism, drive, and energy - team playerÂ
- Understanding of how to attract, hire, retain and coach the highest performing individuals
- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage teams, drive actions and achieve resultsÂ
- Ability to motivate, create loyalty and effectively communicate the company’s vision
