The Vice President of Customer Experience and Revenue Operations will be responsible to the SVP, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and is responsible for developing and ensuring all customer solutions align with CDPHP's enterprise strategy and vision, developing and implementing a customer experience strategy that establishes competitive advantage and personalized customer experience. This leader plays a key role in bringing CDPHP's strategy and vision to the marketplace through differentiated experience, and integrated model allowing CDPHP to attract and retain customers and simplify experiences for customers, employees, and providers.

The VP of Customer Experience & Revenue Operations leads teams responsible for designing and driving the customer's experience with CDPHP's products and the associated research, analysis and development that supports that work. This role also leads a team focused on building tools, developing strategies, and improving operational effectiveness to ensure the revenue organization is run effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or fours of equivalent experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum seven (7) years' experience in marketing within an HMO, MCO, Indemnity or Health Care industry is required.
  • Minimum three (3) years management experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes required.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, research alternatives, develop strategies and present coordinated proposals required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff to meet deadlines while working under pressure required.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively direct efforts of outside vendors and consultants required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
