VP, Customer Success - Sponsor/CRO

The Vice President, Customer Success Sponsor/CRO is responsible for leading and growing the customer relationship team in this segment of the business, including strategic planning and people management duties. This role requires an individual with strong thought leadership skills, and the ability to build strong long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for building out the scope of the Sponsor/CRO segment of the Customer Success business.
- Continual review of talent to determine current needs and future talent
- Account review with the goal of launching an upskilled Customer Success team for Sponsor/CRO segment that will provide effective support for both the operational and commercial organizations
Job Requirement
Education
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelors' Degree in business, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years leadership experience successfully building collaborative relationships with internal and external clients
- Clinical research, software technology, or clinical health industries experience preferred
- Extensive experience using a consultative sales approach
- Previous experience with SalesForce
- Inside sales experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Superior business skills including financial acumen, corporate planning, business operations, and account management
- Proven thought leadership that inspires action, accountability, results, and teamwork
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 25 Lbs.
- Learn and comprehend basic instructions
- Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
- Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking#mogu
