VP, Data Analytics & Integration
Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead assessment and mapping of current ecosystem
- Develop a business intelligence strategy and roadmap through collaboration with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance financial or operating performance
- Improve operations risk by leading the development of data management and analytics capabilities
- Establish governance and control framework for enterprise data, in partnership with business domain sponsors/owners and internal IT leaders
- Pursue continued process improvements for better managing and using data for decision-making
- Design and develop a data eco system to aggregate a variety of data from internal and externally available sources
- Develop tools, models, and scalable user-friendly capabilities like dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support business units and the enterprise.
- Collaborate with internal partners to collect and manage data, build out an API services management layer to facilitate seamless data integrations for key assets across the enterprise (i.e. Operations, Finance, HR, customer, dealer etc.).
- Support initiatives of Advanced Technology Group (software & data).
- Other duties as assigned based on business need

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
- Experience building and leading diverse and highly talented teams; prior experience in a highly matrixed environment preferred.
- Experience building data centric culture, governance frameworks, data analytics capabilities at an enterprise level.
- This position may require travel to other Winnebago Industries locations.
