POSITION SUMMARY:
The VP of Digital Strategy & Personalization will join our Aprimo Marketing team. As an organization we are dedicated to creating a world-class digital experience for our prospects, customers and employees.
This position will play a pivotal role in realizing that vision by working closely with senior leadership to set strategy, priority and to execute on the evolution of our MarTech stack, web, mobile and marketing experiences. This role will lead our Digital Experience Platform team overseeing several functions including Web Development, Marketing Operations, Conversion Rate Optimization, Personalization and Analytics. These teams lead and/or collaborate closely with IT, other Marketing teams, Product, Demand Gen, Content, SEO, and others to create relevant, best-in-class experiences that increase engagement and drive efficiency, pipeline, and revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Drive strategy and long term vision to build best in class experiences that deliver results.
- This role will own our personalization strategy including the vision, roadmap, planning, and execution, as well as act as the Marketing Owner for the key digital experience platform and related personalization tools.
- Responsible for working with Analytics, BI, Marketing and other stakeholders to identify, create, and activate key audience segments to drive personalization and related reporting.
- This role will own our conversion rate optimization and AB/multivariate testing and optimization program responsible for improving lead conversion and other KPI's, as well as be responsible for any supporting technology.
- Own the creation and maintenance of the Annual Digital Marketing Budget; working with Finance to balance and maintain; Collaborate with other marketing stakeholders such as Analytics and Content leaders to account for their budgetary needs.
- Responsible for creating our Digital Experience Platform bringing the right technology, data, people and processes together to deliver top notch experiences for our prospects, sales, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, and others to implement and/or maintain the Digital Experience Platform and MarTech stack in order to deliver data-rich, relevant, and best-in-class experiences that drive results.
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to align on roadmap, priority and to optimize metrics and KPIs that support our strategy and growth goals.
- Process excellence: Establish frameworks and best practices to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure resources are deployed in the most effectively way to achieve top priorities and growth goals.
- Use strong conceptual and analytical skills to generate insights and recommendations.
- Agile mindset: Lead the team and establish a mindset and culture based on Agile principles and the test, learn, iterate philosophy.
- Maintain a pulse of emerging digital and business trends.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU'RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:
- The Essentials
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field - or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a Digital, Web, or Product role
- 5+ years of experience as a people leader
- 5+ years of vendor management experience
- 2+ years of experience working at a high paced B2B company
- Preferred certifications in Agile or related methodologies, Product Management and/or Product Owner roles, Project Management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to remain in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods and performing sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
