VP, ERP & Business Applications

We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a VP of ERP & Business Applications to join us in advancing the industry forward.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Key Ownership:

· Departmental owner for core ERP System and all key integrations

· Full oversight of Order to Cash systematic processes and financial impacts

· Full systematic ownership of Inventory Management across multiple locations (physical and virtual)

· Develop and own the ERP multi-year roadmap and key deliverables

· Own, develop and drive solutions architecture and engineering initiatives

· Identify key business drivers and develop responsive near-term and short-term application solutions

Operational Execution:

· Collaborate in defining and steering all ERP Engineering planning and development

· Cross functional development and maintenance of multi-entity structure and inter-company transactions

· Maintain extensive oversight of all GL impacting transactions

· Collaborate with Tax team to ensure consistency and accuracy

· Lead all technology owned procedures for Accounting Close activities

· Drive regular Close processes to reduce reconciliation periods and increase accuracy

· Develop standards and procedures for data management (entry/output) within the ERP

· Develop standards and procedures for change management within the ERP

· Monitor performance of ERP and identify opportunities for optimization

· Drive efficiency and accuracy initiatives with clear measurable targets

Team Management:

· Drive functional financial projects across key resources including:

 - Product Management

 - ERP Engineering

 - Reporting and Analysis

· Set clear execution targets and deliverable that align to departmental goals

· Provide leadership, guidance and direction to team members

· Foster a culture of accountability and ownership

Experience and Requirements

· 10+ years experience working with Business Applications software tools

· 7+ years hands on experience with Netsuite ERP

· 7+ years experience working directly with and managing Netsuite Engineering resources

· 10+ years experience with Order to Cash processes and systems including:

 - eCommerce Platforms (Exp with Shopify preferred)

 - Integration Platforms as a Service (Exp with Celigo preferred)

 - Order Management tools and software platforms

 - Returns Platform provider (Exp with Narvar preferred)

· Extensive financial literacy in the apparel and/or CPG commercial space

· Expertise in multi-entity company management (specifically around inventory and tax)

· Deep knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements

· Demonstrative expertise in leading complex ERP projects

· Strong leadership presence

· Proven track record of a results-driven approach to project management
