Accountabilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS and internal standards.
  • Drive improvements in financial performance, including profitability, working capital optimization, and return on invested capital.
  • Lead pricing strategy support, revenue analysis, and customer profitability monitoring across the group.
  • Own quarterly strategic review (QSR) processes, including forecasting, pipeline evaluation, and cost analysis.
  • Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks across all business units.
  • Lead integration efforts for acquired businesses, including systems migration, financial alignment, and operational onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to standardize financial processes, improve reporting systems, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee finance talent development, including leadership of finance business partners and collaboration with HR on hiring and capability building.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards across all entities.
  • Champion adoption of AI and automation tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and finance operations.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles with accounting, controlling, and financial operations responsibility.
    • Proven experience leading finance in a multi-business unit or multi-P&L environment.
    • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
    • Deep knowledge of IFRS standards (including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 preferred).
    • Experience with M&A integration, financial systems migration, and post-acquisition operational alignment.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with finance systems such as NetSuite (a plus).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving processes and driving efficiency.
    • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure, and complex global environments.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across geographies, cultures, and leadership levels.
    • Exposure to AI-driven finance tools and a strong interest in finance transformation is highly valued.
    • CPA designation and experience in transportation, software, or multi-entity global organizations are considered strong advantages.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive executive-level compensation package aligned with experience and scope.
      • Opportunity to lead finance across a global, multi-business unit organization.
      • Exposure to strategic M&A integration and international operations.
      • Leadership role with direct impact on financial strategy and business performance.
      • Hybrid or remote flexibility depending on location.
      • Strong emphasis on professional development, continuous learning, and leadership growth.
      • Collaborative, purpose-driven environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.
