VP, Finance

We are looking for an experienced VP, Finance. The VP, Finance will be responsible for finance functions including FP&A, Pricing, Business Analytics, and Business performance. 

• Directs annual budget process and periodic forecast updates
• Directs strategic planning process including mid-range and long-range plans
• Manages monthly financial reporting close process and related FP&A deliverables
• Manages all financial reporting, including management, board, investor and bank, also responsible for board of direct meeting materials
• Develops client and product level profitability models to support new and renewing client opportunities and go to market / product strategy
• Develops business cases and ROI analysis to support strategic and growth initiatives
• Oversees pricing desk for all client deals and maintains strong relationship with sales and accounting management teams
• Identifies opportunities to grow revenue and optimize cost structure to improve financial margins
• Partners with controller on the accounting close, compliance reporting and financial systems strategy and execution
• Partners with CFO on financial discussions with all levels of management as well private equity investor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA preferred
• 15 years experience with deep domain expertise in FP&A and a successful tenure as Director or VP, Finance (or FP&A) of a publicly held and / or private equity backed portfolio company; SaaS experience desired, not required
• Experience interacting with external audit firms, banks, clients, vendors, private equity investors, and board of directors
• Experience implementing financial systems and reengineering FP&A processes and reporting capabilities
• Proven success building high performing finance teams as well as broad relationships with business stakeholders
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial, strategic planner with proven ability to drive projects and strong analytical skills
