VP Finance (Austin)

We are growing and looking for a VP finance to join our team!

We are searching for a reliable professional to be a key business partner to the CEO. This role requires broad knowledge of accounting, financial and business principles. We are looking for a strategic thinker and effective leader who will help build and execute strategy for the company.

 As a VP Finance you will own all aspects of financial reporting and analysis, treasury, tax, budgeting, & finance operations management. You will manage a senior controller in Israel and provide oversight on accounting and internal controls.

This role might require up to 10%-20% travel (internationally/domestically), including overnight stays.

Requirements

•  6+ years of Finance experience; must have history working in tech companies with publicly traded company experience a highly desired qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline: accounting, finance, business administration (with emphasis on accounting). an MBA and CFA/CPA preferred.
• Previous experience as a VP/ Director/ Head of finance
• Refined financial planning processes and business systems skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling and key metrics.
• Ability to translate complex business operating models and operational indicators into financial performance.
• Proficient knowledge of GAAP and SOX internal control requirements.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent skills in accuracy, organization, and comfort working in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to change, effectively manage multiple tasks/projects, and provide timely feedback and visibility while keeping management aware of key issues
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
• Able to work well with senior executives and team, as well as mentor/lead other team members
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.

Highly Qualified Candidates will also Posses These Qualifications:

• Experience from one of the Big 4 public accounting firms
• Advanced experience with Power BI and/or other Power Platform or analytical tools
• Experience working in matrixed organizations
• Experience with a global company
