VP, FP&A

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team that establishes the financial direction of the company to support the overall business
  strategy.
• This includes: prepare 5‐step financial planning process from our multiyear strategic plan to our
  weekly outlook, as well as the financial reporting processes that will scale a manufacturing and
  services business.
• Drive the company to achieve our annual and quarterly planning commitments across our profits
  & losses (P&L) and other key operating metrics.
• Understand and highlight key performance indicators and drive ad hoc analyses to provide
  actionable insights to the executive team.
• Develop financial models used to communicate with both public investors and public investment
  research analysts.
• Develop bottoms up forecasting models and research.
• Manage cashflow forecasting and assist in developing an appropriate capital raising strategy to
  support our business model, including hardware/ aircraft as a service financing mechanism.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and other operations teams to
  commercialize products and develop cost reduction roadmaps.
• Aid and contribute to the preparation of Board of Directors, Audit Committee and other Board
  communications.
• Aid and support SEC reporting requirements, including the MD&A of the 10Q and 10K filings.

What You Need:

• Master of Business Administration
• 8 years of experience as VP, Finance, VP FP&A, Head of Finance, Head of FP&A or related job title
  in which experience in Corporate FP&A in high tech manufacturing was gained.
