We are seeking an innovative leader to join the Equifax Security Leadership team and lead a multimillion dollar business with high growth potential supporting thousands of organizations during moments that matter. In this role as VP - Equifax Breach Services, you will be responsible for engaging with external customers and partners, delivering product development, driving operational efficiencies, and generating revenue across multiple geographies.

Reporting directly to Equifax's Chief Information Security Officer and serving on the Equifax Global Leadership team, you will work closely with a team of talented individuals who are dedicated to creating game-changing products and driving success for the company. What you'll do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product development strategy that meets customer needs and drives revenue growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets by establishing performance metrics, providing coaching and support, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to ensure the continued success of the organization.
  • Significantly grow revenue and profitability of the Breach Services business for Equifax with focus on value differentiation
  • Leverage Equifax Enterprise Sales and establish go-to-market partners to deploy broad-based sales and distribution channels including but not limited to: Private and public sector, notification partnerships, and cyber security partnerships
  • Lead the development and execution of the Breach Services strategy and execution plan to include resource and business case investment recommendations including but not limited to: New Product Innovation (NPI) priorities, product roadmaps, marketing collateral & incident response plan, pricing strategy and pricing programs, security compliance and IT, government relations, and operations
  • Play a significant role in the "growth playbook" process that addresses longer term planning
  • Ensure all business units include breach planning as a part of their annual plans by equipping, supporting and actively participating in the process
  • Create a presence and relevance for Equifax in the industry while identifying strategic connections with lawyers, forensic investigators, network security, and other key ecosystem participants

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product development, operations, and sales, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Consultative selling mindset that proactively engages with customers to understand pain points, anticipate needs, and deliver innovative value propositions with demonstrated ROI
  • Experience in the technology and/or data industries or working with technology and/or data-related products and services preferred
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience building and managing high-performing customer facing teams
  • Breach remediation industry experience and engagement with Cyber Insurers, Law Firms with direct Breach Services practice areas, and Cyber Forensic firms desirable but not required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel 40-50%, with frequent international travel
